1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
.5 tsp. vanilla extract
1) Prepare a large mixing bowl with ice and cold water. Place a smaller mixing bowl on top.
2) Combine cream, sugar, and vanilla
extract in the smaller mixing bowl. Beat with a metal whisk for approximately 5 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.
