This version of a sweet crêpe is ideal for an elegant breakfast or just-an-anytime treat. Using yogurt and fresh fruit as a filling perfectly balances sweetness and tartness in this delicate, thin crêpe.

1.5 cup strawberries
2 cups table grapes
2.5 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup Rum Caramel Sauce
(optional) 2 tbsp. powdered/confectioner’s sugar
1) Wash and pat dry strawberries. Slice strawberries into thirds.
2) Peel and slice bananas.
3) Layer a spoonful of plain yogurt, strawberry and banana into each crêpe. Then layer another spoonful of yogurt and top with table grapes.
4) Fold crêpe into halves and drizzle rum caramel sauce over the top. Serve immediately with an optional sprinkling of powdered sugar if desired.
