Savory Oatmeal with Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Cheese

Quick, easy savory oatmeal (鹹燕麥 | 짭짤한 오트밀) is a great nutritious and healthy breakfast recipe. With sundried tomato and parmesan cheese this simple oatmeal recipe will be a new way to start your mornings.

Total Time: 15 minutes ( 2 servings)

1 cup, rolled oats
2 cups, vegetable or chicken stock
2 teaspoons, milled flaxseed
1 teaspoon, dried parsley
3 slices, sun-dried tomato
1/2 tablespoon, olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese

1) Boil oatmeal and stock in a pot. Sprinkle in flaxseed.  Cook for 8 minutes.
2) Add in dried parsley to the cooked oatmeal.
3) Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes.
4) Serve oatmeal with olive oil, sun-dried tomato pieces, and grated Parmesan cheese.
