  1. Lots of good food! The eggplant with sacha sauce immediately grabbed my attention, definitely worth a try. You also cook with quite a few things I’ve seen in my nearby Asian supermarket but never worked up the courage to try, e.g. preserved duck eggs. I’ll definitely be back. Ken
